Broadway Barks is coming to Shubert Alley

Broadway Barks, the benefit event carried out by roadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, will be held July 30 in Shubert Alley and plenty of Broadway stars have been announced to attend.

The show will be hosted by Bernadette Peters together with Gloria Estefan. This year atendees include:

Sean Hayes (An Act of God), Rory O’Malley (Hamilton), Ava Briglia (Matilda The Musical), Paul Pecorino (Ruthless! The Musical), Rita McKenzie (Ruthless! The Musical),  Amy Spanger (Matilda The Musical), Chilina Kennedy (Beautiful — The Carole King Musical), Ben Rappaport (Fiddler on the Roof), Jesse Tyler Ferguson (Fully Committed), Tori Murray, Michael Mulheren (Bright Star), Samantha Massell (Fiddler on the Roof),  Jessica Hecht (Fiddler on the Roof), Ana Villafañe (On Your Feet!), Dominic Scaglione Jr. (Jersey Boys), Scott J. Campbell (Beautiful — The Carole King Musical), Quinn VanAntwerp (Jersey Boys), Michael Lomenda (Jersey Boys), Kim Maresca (Ruthless! The Musical), Mauricio Pérez (Jersey Boys), Alexandria Suarez (On Your Feet!), Richard H. Blake (Jersey Boys), Jessie Mueller (Waitress), and James Barbour (The Phantom of the Opera).

Another batch of stats had been announced in the past weeks, which included: Michael Cerveris (Fun Home), Brian Stokes Mitchell (Shuffle Along), Bebe Neuwirth (Chicago), Max von Essen (An American in Paris), Carrie St. Louis (Wicked), Judy Kaye (Wicked), Amra-Faye Wright (Chicago) and Jessica Keenan Wynn (Beautiful — The Carole King Musical) among others.

Broadway Barks is open to the public and it will give atendees the chance to adopt animals that were rescued by an overall of 27 rescue groups.
